I can't wait to go back blogging again. It became a theraphy to me when I'm stressed out during the Nursing Licensure exam back in 2010. I am starting to read blogs again to be inspired  and to stay inspired. I can't wait for my christmas break from medachool, My hands are itching to organize the photos  from my trips and from the day-to-day basis. 

You see, I am not really good with words if it isn't obvi enough. I've been wanting to post long entry but I can't find words. End.

Cardio time a.k.a shopping X post-birthday treat

One more week until Davao! It is a routine of me and my best friend (Manilyn) to go shopping before we are about to go somewhere. Because, what is a beautiful view when you do not have an outfit to match it with. okay, I am just making an excuse to spend. LELZ

For the sake of being "IN" about what's uso, We tried "The Halal Guys" as it's buzzing this days. But, much to my dismay the food was so bland we cannot even finish the small order of Gyro & Chicken plate and gyro sandwich. Not to mention that we are very hungry then as we wait for about one hour in que. 

And, the oh-so fluffy- Chichay! On the way home, grabe so tired. A total of Three malls in one day, from south-to-north. Goodnight, folks!

Coffee?

My favorite is the "Mask of Magnaminty" from Lush but have always been out of stocked from the branch I always go to so I Tried their new "Cup O' coffee" face and body mask. First, I love coffee. seeing the word "coffee" made my bought it. The smell is just relaxing. It is not just as refreshing like the MM and it gets sticky as it dries.

Today, marked my 25th year of existence.   

As the celebration goes...

Nothing special, we just had Lunch ( which contrary to what I planned a week before today, a fancy dinner) but, anyways I'm with my family and that what matters most. Family ❤️

I wanted to do a waybackwhen-wednesday as a tribute to my twenty-five years of existence but I don't want to go down memory lane just yet so... Here goes my birthday post.

First of all, I thank God for showering me blessings more than I deserved. I am not a goody-good girl who goes to church every sunday, I am exactly the opposite. Lazy ass. I belive in the saying, "In God's perfect time" because the things/ life events that doesn't  made sense before made sense now. He constantly guide me in every huge milestone of my life and in that alone i'll forever be grateful.

To my family, the constant people in my life. Thank you for still sending me to  medschool despite my failures. Someday, I'll make you proud. 

To my sister, my cheerleader. She's more of an ate than a bunso. Always there to support me and teach me life lessons. A living reminder ( save!) when my spendings goneout of control. LOLZ

To my friends, life is kinda boring without you guys!

And, to myself.

Krysteen, you're not getting younger. Make decisions that will make you proud five years from now. Be in control of your life because no one will help you but yourself in times of need. Be responsible with your actions cos' not everything in this world can be taken as a joke. 

Manage your spendings because you need to invest in your future. Time will come that no one but yourself can sustain you. Mingle with people, go out, have fun, enjoy life because YOLO AND NO MAN IS AN ISLAND.

I started blogging back in 2010. I just graduated from college then and had all the time in the world  to spare so I give blogging a try. Got addicted to it, spent most of my nights arranging it, writing post and what not. But ever since I entered medschool, things have change. MASSIVE CHANGE. I gradually detach myself from the cyberworld (okay, except facebook and instagram), write fewer and fewer blogpost each year. Now that I turned a year older, I want a rebirth of my blog because It is where I express my feelings, thoughts, experiences and frustrations in life so it saddened me to see it go down. It gets boring every year and I need an inspiration to uplift it.  ( Parang walang connect yung pagtanda ko sa reason ng pag-update ng blog) anyways.... LELZ

Just in case you don't know, Kiera Cass is the NYT best-selling author of The Selection Series that includes 1. The selection, 2. The Elite, 3. The One, 4. The heir and the newest Happily ever after.

The book signing event happened last September 19, 2015 at the Shang ri la plaza, Grand Atrium. It was a wonderful experience to be able to meet the author of the book you're obsessing with.

Registrations at 10 a.m. We arrived around 11, based on the number on the signing pass handed to us, I assumed that we came in a bit late. 

Her One thousand and forty-six smile for today And two thousand ninety one book signed. I can only imagine how tired she must feel and how numb her fingers might be. I admire her for not showings any signs of annoyance.  She happily chats with her fans and genuinely smile on the camera, despite all. 

My signed copies! I am psyched. I really love her books. I never regret waiting for 9-hours.

I just died and went into a bookheaven! This is my first time and I totally went crazy. But, before scoring those books tagged with more than fifty percent off, let me just remind you that, you should: 

1.) COME EARLY! The book sale starts at 9AM and if you want to have a parking space you better be an early bird.

2.)CARRY A SMALL SHOULDER BAG! Where you can Store your phone, money, national bookstore card, alcohol, handkerchief, cologne, water, biscuit/ candy or gum, and a fan cause man,  you will sweat like a pig and get hungry as a beast. No joke!!! We waited in line to the cashier for four hours before we get to pay our items. And ofcourse, You want your hands to be free when picking up a book.

3.) BRING AN ECO-BAG! If you plan to buy loads of books. NBS eco bag is charge for php15.00 and the plastic bag is not for free as well. You can use it also while shopping for books because their carts are so limited.

Happy book shopping, wormies! The book sale ends this August 18, 2015. Better hurry! :)
