The very same word i uttered while watching news (abs-cbn, channel 2) about the philippine dragon ball federation (dragon boat racing philippines).


am soo happeeeee for them, with all the hard work plus lack of support from the government, they made their way to the 'pot-of-gold'.


5 GOLD MEDALS are no joke of achievements esp. they're representing Philippines -set aside the fact that quote-unquote "philippine government has no support on us"-, filipinos must rejoice, must not set this sweet victory aside. i mean, it's another lift for our country, not just for them -the puddlers- but for the whole filipinos and that includes you,yesss you you you Noypi!

THIS.winning piece

i was once an athlete and i know how hard it is to be an athlete. sweat, determination and discipline are the key ingredients to success and to have no support coming from the 'significant' others is like running with your 7" heels on. painful and hard.

am inspired with the determination they showed despite the unfortunate situation they have. i'm praying and hoping that our government will take notice of this.

...there's soo much i want to say, soo much to compare-to but i find it below the belt. so, i might as well leave it here.

everybody, and I mean the whole wide world go gaga waiting for this movie's ending -yes, i know it was already ended in the book but, in the movie? it's a different story. to see it moving, vividly with your own eyes is something - and now, its there, fin'lly on the big screen, world wide. it's like a fulfillment, a dream come true. huzzah.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians: the lightning thief.

watched the movie just today and i am WOW like that, it was the best movie i've ever seen everrrrrrrrrrr! it made me wanna marry a god, preferably Papa P. and i mean not Piolo pascual but, Poseidon..yess, you read it right..the god of water poseidon, whatever, he he -i♥water- and he's good looking too, in the movie atleast. HA HA HA. and the heroine, he is a total hottie, now... feel y'self burning? :)





...and then some didn't agree, as quoted "it's the worst movie i've ever seen". am like co'monalisa, is there any based-on-the-book movies betterer than of the book per se? is there? none!


even the harry potter movies (a fan here, just sighting examples)didn't came-up as good as its books, see.my.point? get.my.point? clear, now?


haven't read the book before i watched it so idk how F A R it is - as they say- from the original percy jacksons' story. but talk 'bout tha movie, it couldn't be anymore like awesome. yey, chase awesome!!! the only 'negative' thing i've noticed in the movie was that, well they should make it at least 2 hours and 30 mins (HA!)c'mon, m-m-m-me-me-mek it.


i'm all cranked-up for the next percy jackson and the olympians: the sea monsters.. big tickle, triggered! :)) 2012, come fast!c-c-come on.
