Cardio time a.k.a shopping X post-birthday treat

One more week until Davao! It is a routine of me and my best friend (Manilyn) to go shopping before we are about to go somewhere. Because, what is a beautiful view when you do not have an outfit to match it with. okay, I am just making an excuse to spend. LELZ

It's beginning to look alot like christmas...

Manilyn and Me

For the sake of being "IN" about what's uso, We tried "The Halal Guys" as it's buzzing this days. But, much to my dismay the food was so bland we cannot even finish the small order of Gyro & Chicken plate and gyro sandwich. Not to mention that we are very hungry then as we wait for about one hour in que.

And, the oh-so fluffy- Chichay! On the way home, grabe so tired. A total of Three malls in one day, from south-to-north. Goodnight, folks!

either you "kiss the cook" or "ang gayuma ni maria" will do the trick

I was searching restaurants that offers a unique food and a unique concept at clickthecity. We are planning to go to Van Gogh is a bipolar but unfortunately it was closed due to the quote-unquote "sabbatical" journey of the owner. HAHA, okay. Let him be.

Moving on. I saw ang gayuma ni maria from the list. I was intrigued by the name, and, so I checked it. I am always fascinated with restaurants with a cozy-feeling ambiance. And I am not mistaken, THIS is the place I am looking for to spend the catching-up lunch with my good Ol' college friends.

Well, I can not say its a perfect 10. Let me find out myself, tomorrow. But I hope it is. HAHAHA

It rained a bit hard--minus the sunshade--but who cares, we're talking about going-out-and-having-fun. HAA! and like the man said, "rain or shine, it's just a state of mind". new york, new york.

yay. what has gotten me?
The place is semi-fancy, though there are insects/flies around--and would join you in your indulging times--which is a major turn-off for the customers. food prices are okay for barkada 'cos the servings are a bit plenty.

The lasagna and the ceasar are a must-try. IDK the rest.

Goodbyesssssss

It's getting late

one shot to end the night
had fun ladies and gent

food trips, night outs, slumber party, just hanging out with friends, a lil' bottle session once in a while-- things I enjoy and I'll never get tired of doing over and overrr. Gone are the days of partying and club hopping. I can't imagine doing those things right na na na. HAHA. IDK, maybe I just get more mature??

Moody blues while lazin' n divan while thinking nothing but problems while munching on everything edible your eyes laid on while daydreaming witha dreamy eyes to match about the noshes you really wanna eat while having air conference, "I'M CRAVING FOR THIS AND THAT". feel that?

This goes 'tuyo'

Are you a filipino who grew up in the Philippines? You probably know what is Tuyo.It is not popularly known in another country like that of adobo.

For other citizenships, TUYO is a salty-dried fish, known for its distinct taste and distinct smell. you might wonder what its smell like that make it really recognizable.

Its a popular filipino delicacy, known to be a low-class food for its very cheap price but thats before 'cos it evolves by time and been a dish for all class levels. You can mix it in pasta now. see

okay, so this is not about tuyo. It's how you can eat it aside from the usual tuyo and vinegar thing. filipino way.

I come-up with this weird mixture of foods because I was craving for both tuyo and cheese and tomato way back highschool. and it's really delicious, many people who saw me eating like that find it weird though. HAA! can't blame them.

I like mixing food, discovering new dish and flavors from the usual foods I eat. you can mistakenly recognize it as pig's food from the texture. LOLJK

with a plain rice

mix the fried tuyo. make sure that it has been removed from it's tinik

mix the chopped cheese as well. eden cheese may do

mix the chopped tomato also
squeeze atleast 2 kalamansi. do not include the seedlings.

mix it all together with you barehands
all set
eat with your bare hands

trust me it's yummy
I'm craving now
